Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our student visa consultancy team as a Student Visa Consultant Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will oversee branch sales, customer service, and visa processing to ensure high client satisfaction and meet company targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development:
  • Develop effective sales strategies to achieve student enrollment and visa approval goals.
  • Generate leads, build relationships with potential clients, and close deals through tailored advice on study abroad options and visa requirements.
  • Conduct client consultations to assess their needs and provide personalized guidance.
Operations Management:
  • Oversee daily branch operations to maintain smooth workflow efficiency.
  • Supervise and train staff, including visa consultants and support personnel.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to optimize results.
Visa Processing and Client Support:
  • Ensure accurate and compliant visa application preparation and submission.
  • Provide timely updates to clients on their visa application status.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
Relationship Management:
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, universities, and other stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
Financial Performance:
  • Monitor branch revenue and expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, customer service, and/or operations management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the student visa process and university admissions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Effective identification and resolution of issues.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
  • Presentable personality.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
