We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Developer to join our team at Infraks. As a Business Developer, your primary responsibility will be to acquire clients by strategically sending proposals on Upwork and reaching out to potential clients on LinkedIn. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills in client acquisition, proposal writing, and relationship building.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Upwork and LinkedIn platforms to identify potential clients and engage with them effectively.
- Write compelling and customized proposals to secure new projects and clients on Upwork.
- Research and identify prospects on LinkedIn, establish connections, and initiate conversations to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to maximize client retention and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective strategies to attract clients and promote our services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for business growth.
- Provide regular reports on client acquisition activities, project progress, and key metrics to the management team.
- Proven experience as a Business Developer, Sales Representative, or similar role, with a focus on client acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of Upwork and LinkedIn platforms, including proficiency in navigating their features and functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and engage with clients effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and generate new business opportunities.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proactive approach to work.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
