Business Development Manager (Software Development Projects)

Overview:
Agency Stack is seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our dynamic team in Faisalabad. This role is pivotal in driving the acquisition of software development projects from global clients, with a particular focus on the USA market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development sales, an understanding of technology trends, and the ability to forge long-lasting relationships with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients in the software development space, particularly in the USA, and develop strategies to engage and convert them into long-term partners.
  • Market Research: Conduct detailed market research to stay abreast of trends and changes within the global software development market, with a focus on the needs and challenges of US-based clients.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with company goals and client needs, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to facilitate successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Proposal Development: Craft tailored proposals and presentations that effectively communicate Agency Stack's value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts that are beneficial and sustainable for both parties.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to enhance business development strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and project management teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client acquisition and project execution.
Job Specification

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the IT and software development industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of the software development industry and its market dynamics.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to develop and execute business development strategies.
    • Experience dealing with international clients, especially in the USA.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with sales figures.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
