Overview:
Agency Stack is seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our dynamic team in Faisalabad. This role is pivotal in driving the acquisition of software development projects from global clients, with a particular focus on the USA market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development sales, an understanding of technology trends, and the ability to forge long-lasting relationships with international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients in the software development space, particularly in the USA, and develop strategies to engage and convert them into long-term partners.
- Market Research: Conduct detailed market research to stay abreast of trends and changes within the global software development market, with a focus on the needs and challenges of US-based clients.
- Sales Strategies: Develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with company goals and client needs, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to facilitate successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Proposal Development: Craft tailored proposals and presentations that effectively communicate Agency Stack's value proposition to prospective clients.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts that are beneficial and sustainable for both parties.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to enhance business development strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and project management teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client acquisition and project execution.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the IT and software development industry.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of the software development industry and its market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute business development strategies.
- Experience dealing with international clients, especially in the USA.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with sales figures.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
