We are looking for a Tier 2 Network Engineer - Aruba Networks who is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting network devices within an organization or between organizations. The candidate will assume responsibility for key client networks, ensuring their maintenance and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate must have extensive experience with Aruba Central, Security Service Edge (SSE), and ClearPass, along with a strong understanding of network security, wireless infrastructure, and network management solutions. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining network systems to ensure high availability, security, and performance across the organization.

Job Responsibilities
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience focusing on Aruba Central, SSE, and ClearPass implementation.
  • Proven incident and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on timely and accurate resolution.
  • Leading network technology upgrade or expansion projects, including hardware/software installation, integration testing, and coordinating activities without disrupting existing systems.
  • Effective coordination and communication with teammates, managers, and clients to maintain high service levels in demanding environments.
  • Development and production of complex documentation for installation, network topology, and troubleshooting of hardware/software.
  • Quick learning ability in a fast-paced environment and effective communication of information and ideas.
Job Requirements
  • Identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical issues related to Aruba Central, SSE, and ClearPass.
  • Deployment, configuration, and optimization of Aruba ClearPass and Central platforms to ensure robust network access control and security.
  • Deep knowledge of designing, configuring, and managing Aruba ClearPass solutions, including implementing authentication policies, network access rules, and device profiling.
  • Experience with Aruba Central for network monitoring and management, including configuring and maintaining network devices and generating performance reports.
  • Knowledge of Aruba SASE deployments, configuring SSE as-a-service platform, and integrating ZTNA, SWG, CASB, and DEM.
  • At least two years of experience with any SD-WAN technologies.
  • Prior SASE experience is a plus.
  • Experience with security compliance standards such as PCI, HIPAA, etc.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools.
  • Willingness to support rotations shifts and 24/7 on-call support.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
Education and Certification

Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of experience in a related field.
