Role Overview

We're seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media Specialist (3–4 years of hands-on experience) to own and elevate Devtios's social channels. You'll build an ICP-aligned strategy that fuels real engagement and conversion working closely with our marketing, creative, and paid media teams. If you thrive on producing thumb-stopping content, love community building, and have a track record of turning social metrics into actionable growth levers, you'll fit right in.

  • This role is based in our Pakistan office.
  • Only candidates located in Pakistan (ideally Lahore) will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & Implement ICP-Driven Strategy: Craft and execute a full-funnel social media plan tailored specifically to Devtios's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), aligning with broader digital and brand goals.
  • Content Planning & Scheduling: Build content calendars, plan campaigns, and publish across Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok (if relevant), and other platforms—all on schedule.
  • Community Management: Monitor DMs, comments, and mentions daily. Respond in a timely, brand-appropriate voice to nurture relationships, address inquiries, and foster positive sentiment.
  • Original Content Creation: Produce on-brand graphics, short-form videos, Stories, Reels, and other formats that capture attention and drive conversions.
  • Social-First Content Shoots: Coordinate and execute content shoots (photo + video), collaborating with photographers, videographers, and designers to generate organic and paid social assets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Creative, Design, and broader Marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging across campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
  • Paid Social Support: Partner with the Paid Social Manager by supplying top-performing organic assets, insights, and recommendations for A/B tests, audience targeting, and ad creative.
  • Influencer & Partnership Management: Identify, vet, and coordinate with influencers, content creators, and brand partners to amplify Devtios's reach and credibility.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions, follower growth). Analyze trends, prepare monthly reports, and recommend optimizations based on data.
  • Trendspotting & Platform Updates: Stay ahead of social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging features. Experiment with new formats (e.g., Reels, Live, Stories) to keep Devtios's channels fresh and relevant.
  • Brand Safety & Compliance: Ensure all social content reflects Devtios's values, stays within brand guidelines, and remains risk-aware (e.g., no sensitive hashtags, no off-brand partnerships).

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–4 years managing and growing brand social media profiles (B2B or B2C is acceptable, though B2B tech experience is a plus).
  • ICP & Audience Segmentation: Demonstrated ability to craft social strategies grounded in a clear understanding of target audiences and buyer personas.
  • Content Strategy & Execution: Proven track record building content calendars, ideating campaigns, and executing end-to-end social programs from concept to performance analysis.
  • Creative Skills: Hands-on experience producing photos, short-form videos, Reels, and other social assets—either in-house or managing external partners.
  • Community Management: Strong interpersonal skills; excels at fostering engagement, handling feedback or complaints, and maintaining consistent brand voice.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Canva, Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and/or Sprout Social.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Comfort working with social analytics dashboards, interpreting metrics, and turning insights into tangible recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Excellent cross-functional communication; able to align social strategy with marketing, design, and paid media objectives.
  • Adaptability: Keeps pace with shifting platform features, trending formats, and best practices—willing to experiment and iterate quickly.

Nice to Have

  • Industry Background: Experience in tech, SaaS, DTC, fashion, lifestyle, or wellness.
  • Influencer Relations: Prior work negotiating and managing creator or ambassador partnerships.
  • Basic Design/Editing: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) or advanced capabilities in Canva.
  • Paid Social Exposure: Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns or collaborating closely on A/B tests, audience segmentation, and measurement.
