IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

To automate existing manual processes within the Customer Operations department, with the objective of enhancing operational efficiency, increasing productivity, and improving overall workflow throughput.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Automation of Manual processes to increase productivity and decrease workload.
  • Develop and design web based application, maintain existing application by making modification.
  • Eliminating defects and errors with product and software development.
  • Identifying quality issues and writing reports. Monitoring application performance and general technical trouble-shooting.
  • Maintain standards to make sure smooth process of development.
  • Implementation of new frameworks and platforms.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

  • BSCS from a well reputable institution.

Experience:

  • 3 to 4 years relevant experience

Competencies:

  • Agile
  • SAFe
  • Project Management
  • Object Oriented Programming
