
IT Support Executive

We are looking for a dedicated IT Support to join our team during the night shift. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation and a good understanding of IT systems, networking, and software troubleshooting used in business and software environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.
- Respond to and resolve user inquiries, system alerts, and support operational tasks.
- Assist with software configurations, installations, and updates.
- Work closely with the development and operations teams for system improvements.
- Maintain logs and reports for technical issues and resolutions.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
- Experience in IT support, Anydesk, and technical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic network troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of remote desktop support tools and ticketing systems.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
Preferred:
- Prior Design industry experience in technical support or IT service desk roles.
