Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated IT Support to join our team during the night shift. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation and a good understanding of IT systems, networking, and software troubleshooting used in business and software environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  2. Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.
  3. Respond to and resolve user inquiries, system alerts, and support operational tasks.
  4. Assist with software configurations, installations, and updates.
  5. Work closely with the development and operations teams for system improvements.
  6. Maintain logs and reports for technical issues and resolutions.
Job Specification:

Requirements:

  1. 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
  2. Experience in IT support, Anydesk, and technical troubleshooting.
  3. Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic network troubleshooting.
  4. Strong understanding of remote desktop support tools and ticketing systems.
  5. Ability to work independently during night shifts.

Preferred:

  1. Prior Design industry experience in technical support or IT service desk roles.
