We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant to join Peersol Technologies, focusing on implementing, integrating, and optimizing Workday solutions in a software development environment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Workday modules, hands-on integration experience, and the ability to collaborate with software engineers and product teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and deploy Workday modules such as HCM, Compensation, Absence, and Time Tracking.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Workday and internal systems using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
  • Collaborate with developers to support API-based integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • Create custom and advanced reports in Workday; support dashboards and analytics needs.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical Workday configurations.
  • Support testing (unit, integration, UAT) and resolve issues post-implementation.
  • Provide end-user support, documentation, and training.
  • Monitor Workday updates and implement relevant system changes.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Workday Consultant or similar role.
  • Proficiency with at least two Workday modules
  • Experience with Workday integration tools: EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio.
  • Working knowledge of web services and APIs (REST/SOAP).
  • Familiarity with enterprise software development practices and Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HRIS, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workday certification in HCM, Integrations, or Financials.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or software development company.
  • Exposure to Jira, Confluence, Git, or related tools.
  • Understanding of data governance, security roles, and compliance in HR systems.
