Responsibilities:

  1. Gather, create and document current and future business process flows.
  2. Create clear, concise and complete functional specifications & requirements documents.
  3. Conduct testing and evaluation to ensure quality and consistency.
  4. Train user personnel in the use of the system.
  5. Prepare and analyze data conversion requirements.
  6. Import new contacts we get from different sources into the CRM.
  7. Ensure data validity and prevent duplication of contacts.
  8. Regularly report on tracked revenue, conversion rate and various other metrics to management.
  9. Create reports, forms and other deliverables for projects and tickets.
  10. Be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  11. Conduct a complete salesforce internal audit.
  12. Complete an in-depth analysis of salesforce CRM.
  13. This is a project-based job opportunity.
