Responsibilities:
- Gather, create and document current and future business process flows.
- Create clear, concise and complete functional specifications & requirements documents.
- Conduct testing and evaluation to ensure quality and consistency.
- Train user personnel in the use of the system.
- Prepare and analyze data conversion requirements.
- Import new contacts we get from different sources into the CRM.
- Ensure data validity and prevent duplication of contacts.
- Regularly report on tracked revenue, conversion rate and various other metrics to management.
- Create reports, forms and other deliverables for projects and tickets.
- Be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Conduct a complete salesforce internal audit.
- Complete an in-depth analysis of salesforce CRM.
- This is a project-based job opportunity.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Confident.
- Sharp and active.
- Verbal communication should be clear.
- Hardworking.
- Know how to work as a team.
