Environmental Monitoring Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned environmental monitoring specialist to lead our risk assessment efforts and ensure Compliance Risk Management (CRM) remains adaptive and resilient.

The successful candidate will design and implement an outward-looking review process, leveraging IMF and OECD guidance to identify key trends and shifts that impact taxpayer behavior and compliance.

A critical thinker with exceptional analytical skills, you will translate external developments into actionable intelligence, informing adjustments to CRM rules, thresholds, and nudge strategies.

Your expertise in systematic environmental analysis using the PESTLE+ framework will enable you to assess impacts on tax compliance and propose evidence-based solutions.

As the primary evidence producer, you will author concise Quarterly ES Notes for timely, decision-focused CRM Committee decisions.

You will also maintain a comprehensive Change Log, documenting the link between external shifts and adaptive responses.

  • Develop and execute a robust environmental monitoring strategy.

  • Maintain accurate records of system logic evolution.

  • A comprehensive Change Log detailing system evolution.
