Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Specialist located in Rawalpindi. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, analyzing customer data, participating in sales activities, and project management. The Specialist will also need to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Effective Project Management capabilities
  • High level of Analytical Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
