Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Expert to lead and build our marketing department from the ground up. This individual will own all aspects of digital marketing strategy and execution, including website SEO, content creation, LinkedIn ads, PPC, social media management, email campaigns, and lead generation strategies. Strong knowledge of Salesforce and industry-specific IT solutions is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Department Setup: Establish and structure the in-house digital marketing team and strategy.
• Salesforce-Specific Campaigns: Design and implement marketing campaigns tailored to Salesforce-based solutions, products, and services.
• Website & SEO: Optimize website performance and content for search engines. Oversee regular updates, UI/UX improvements, and SEO audits.
• Social Media Management: Manage all company social media accounts, including content planning, execution, and engagement (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
• PPC & LinkedIn Ads: Plan and execute paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads to target key verticals (Healthcare, Automotive, Public Sector, etc.).
• Email Marketing: Create and manage lead-nurturing email campaigns, newsletters, and drip sequences using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Pardot.
• Content Creation: Write and coordinate blogs, landing pages, whitepapers, case studies, and LinkedIn posts that resonate with target industries and personas.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and website traffic using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, etc.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B tech or SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Industry Clouds).
• Experience with vertical-specific marketing (e.g., Healthcare, Automotive, Real Estate, Public Sector).
• Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), PPC platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn), and marketing automation (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Pardot).
• Excellent copywriting, content creation, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead projects from concept to execution.
