About the Role:

We're looking for a customer support guru to lead and execute our support operations, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service at every touchpoint. You will manage a growing support team in Karachi while collaborating closely with product and client success teams in the UAE.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and grow the Customer Support team at our Karachi office
  • Develop support processes and KPIs to ensure high client satisfaction
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally to improve our SaaS product
  • Troubleshoot client issues and escalate when necessary
  • Use CRM and ticketing tools to manage workflows effectively

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support (SaaS/Tech preferred)
  • Prior experience in a managerial or team lead role
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with clients in real estate or PropTech is a plus
