He will be responsible for maintaining and improving the Quality Assurance system. He will conduct quality assurance training and awareness for employees engaged in operations. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to apply Statistical QC Techniques to real-life quality problems. Although experience in a similar industry is not mandatory, experience working in the QA department of a manufacturing industry is highly preferred. The candidate should be able to develop and control quality plans in an industrial setup and exhibit a Process Approach to quality assurance. Working knowledge and experience of TQM, 5S, ISO 9001, and QS 9000 will be highly preferred and deemed a clear added advantage.

Job Specification

This is a senior management position, which means the candidate will also be responsible for staffing his department.
