Job Overview

The Quality Management Systems Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing quality management systems, reviewing policies and procedures, and leading the implementation of ISO 9001 standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain organizational quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements by designing and implementing processes that ensure consistency and adherence to established quality benchmarks.
  • Review and update quality policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure alignment with ISO 9001 standards through continuous analysis and improvement.
  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System by driving a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Oversee the design and execution of quality control processes to identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and report findings to management for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and rectify non-conformities identified during audits by proposing and implementing improvements based on data analysis and trends.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in quality management or a related role with a focus on ISO 9001 standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in quality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in Quality Management is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of quality principles, processes, and methodologies with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams with a detail-oriented approach and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
