Vector Health Complaince is looking for a dynamic and proactive individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. This is across-functional rolethat involves close collaboration with both theSalesandCustomer Deliveryteams to address and solve critical business needs through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and optimize complexSQL queriesto support analytical requirements.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhanceTableau dashboardsfor reporting and visualization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions.
  • Modify or create newPower Appsapplications (preferred).
  • Workacross business units to troubleshoot issues and deliver scalable BI solutions.
  • Communicate technical insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Proficient inSQLwith experience handling large datasets and writing complex queries.
  • Strong hands-on experience inTableaudashboard development and data storytelling.
  • Familiarity withMicrosoft Power Appsand Power Platform tools (preferred).
  • Basic understanding or experience withAWSis a plus.
  • Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills.
