Accounts Executive – Finance & Admin ( Canada-Based Company) - job post

We are a growing small business based in Lahore, seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Executive – Finance & Admin to join our team. This is a long-term role designed for individuals who are proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing both financial and administrative functions independently.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely reporting, overseeing payroll, and supporting daily office operations to help drive continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting

  • Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and ensure accuracy of general ledger entries
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable with efficiency
  • Reconcile bank statements and handle petty cash
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, statements, and expense summaries
  • Assist in budget planning, forecasting, and managing cash flow
  • Process payroll and maintain up-to-date salary and tax records
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations including taxation, EOBI, and other statutory requirements

Administration & Operational Support

  • Oversee administrative functions such as documentation, filing, and vendor coordination
  • Draft internal memos, SOPs, and business templates as required
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate services with external vendors
  • Provide financial analysis and operational support to management for strategic decision-making
  • Organize and safeguard both digital and physical records for easy access and data security

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration (B.Com / BBA)
  • Preferred: MBA (Finance), ACCA (Part-qualified), CA Inter, or ICMA Inter
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in finance and administration
  • Prior experience in startups, consultancies, or small business environments is a strong plus
