Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Performance Marketing Executive / Specialist (PPC) to manage and optimize our paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and others. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, creative, and results-focused with a strong understanding of digital ad platforms and customer acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies aligned with client and company goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute projects efficiently
  • Conduct research and data analysis to support project objectives
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance regularly and ensure KPIs such as CTR, CPA, CPL, and ROAS are met.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to enhance targeting.
  • Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging creatives.
  • A/B test different elements of campaigns (ad copy, creatives, landing pages) to improve performance.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance insights—bid adjustments, budget allocation, and targeting tweaks.
  • Track and report performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Excel/Sheets.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, strategies, and algorithm updates in digital advertising.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience managing budgets and delivering ROI-focused campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in platforms like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion tracking setup.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and deliver within deadlines.
