Role Description

We're seeking a dedicated Data Scraper to support our Business Development (BD) team. Your responsibilities include collecting high-quality lead data (particularly US-based businesses) from online sources and organizing it into structured spreadsheets to facilitate outreach, calling, and email marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scrape accurate and relevant data of US-based businesses (clinics, salons, real estate, etc.)
  • Extract information such as business name, email, phone number, website, social profiles, and location
  • Organize and maintain clean, well-formatted data sheets for outreach and lead generation
  • Collaborate with the BD and email marketing teams to align scraping goals with campaigns
  • Regularly update and clean lead lists to remove outdated or incorrect information
  • Use scraping tools, Chrome extensions, or manual methods as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong research skills and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel
  • Familiarity with data scraping tools (e.g., Apollo, Skrapp, Hunter, etc.) is a plus
  • Understanding of target industries/businesses in the US market
  • Reliable and consistent work ethic — this is a repetitive but crucial role
