ASSISTANT MANAGER BUSINESS INSIGHTS & OPERATIONS - CHANNEL OPERATIONS

This role focuses on driving business growth through effective channel management in our B2B, postpaid division. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with various departments to meet business objectives.

Job Purpose

To support the development and execution of channel strategies, manage performance targets, and analyze data to optimize channel operations.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Target Setting: Collaborate with senior management to define, monitor, and adjust channel performance targets.
  2. Commission Management: Develop incentive structures for channel partners aligned with company goals.
  3. Forecasting: Use data analysis to create sales forecasts and identify opportunities or challenges.
  4. Campaign Design and Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns tailored to channels.
  5. Data Analytics: Analyze data to gain insights, identify trends, and recommend performance improvements. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and automation is required.
  6. Boardroom Presentations: Prepare and present insights and updates to senior management.
  7. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with channel partners and stakeholders.
  8. Reporting & Analysis: Develop KPIs, generate reports, and communicate findings effectively.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Skills: Independent work, results-driven, responsible, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
  • Proven experience in B2B channel management (3+ years), with strong analytical, communication, and technical skills (Excel, Power BI, SQL).
Additional Requirements
  • Ability to make quick decisions in dynamic environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
  • Flexibility in handling strategic and operational tasks.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Thinkcell, and advanced Excel tools.
