Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies for capacity planning and management.
  • Assist in developing training programs for staff on effective resource management practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
  • 18 to 20 years of experience in capacity planning, resource management, or operations management, preferably in the manufacturing or furniture industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and produce actionable insights.
  • Experience with forecasting techniques and capacity planning tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and resource planning software.
  • Ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities effectively.
