IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • You will facilitate in maintaining the Flash Fiber Network Improvement in Quality-of-Service Overall improvement in Customer Happiness Index as per SQI

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Maintain the Flash Fiber Network Improvement in Quality-of-Service Overall improvement in Customer Happiness Index as per SQI
  • Improve service with Inspection for GPON NEs (FDHs, OLTs & feeder OFC)
  • Audit for FTTH development Network NEs and follow the PTCL Specs, 4. Survey & verification of QoI new joiners Customers
  • Frequent field visits for FF QoI and RFS testing and to brief and Train to QA & BO. 6. Employee health and safety , ensuring compliance of all international health and safety standard.
  • Support to Manager and Director to achieve FAN QA Assignment
  • Coordinate with business operation teams and Technology

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

  • Bachelors in Telecom, Electrical Engineering from recognized university.
  • Understanding of QoI, Database, Access Network, Dashboards, Queries, Quality Assurance.
  • Proficient understanding of telecommunication principles, technologies & tools
