Join Our Growing Sales Team as a Junior SDR/BDR
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our on-site team in Lahore. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with strong communication skills to learn and contribute to our sales success. You will be working within a supportive team and gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of outbound sales and lead generation.
What You Will Do:- Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing (Smartleads): Execute email marketing campaigns using Smartleads, focusing on lead generation and nurturing.
- Appointment Setting: Engage with inbound leads and prospects through written communication, aiming to schedule appointments for the sales team. This involves crafting and sending 20-30 effective replies daily to qualify and engage leads.
- LinkedIn Outreach (Manual): Conduct manual LinkedIn outreach, sending approximately 100 connection requests daily and engaging in meaningful conversations with accepted connections to identify potential leads.
- Automation Flow Management: Contribute to the creation and optimization of sales and marketing automation flows to improve efficiency and lead engagement.
- Social Media Direct Messaging (DMs): Conduct proactive outreach via social media DMs, sending 50+ personalized messages daily to identify and engage potential clients.
- Multi-Platform Account Management: Effectively manage and utilize multiple accounts across different platforms (LinkedIn, email, social media) to execute outreach strategies.
- Sales Conversation Management: Engage in conversations with Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), effectively answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding them through the initial stages of the sales process.
- Lead Qualification & Handover: Qualify leads based on defined criteria and effectively hand over qualified opportunities to the senior sales team.
- Excellent English Communication Skills: Must possess strong command of English, both spoken and written, for effective communication with prospects and clients.
- Experience with Outbound Sales (Preferred): While not mandatory, prior experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Platform Familiarity (Advantageous): Familiarity with platforms like Smartleads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and social media platforms for business outreach is an advantage.
- Understanding of Sales Conversations: Basic understanding of sales processes and the ability to engage in professional and persuasive conversations with potential clients.
- Proactive and Target-Oriented: Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to meet or exceed daily and weekly outreach targets.
- Adaptability and Learning Agility: Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and sales strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to shared sales goals.
Full-time, On-site
Timings:11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)
Salary:PKR 25,000 - 50,000 per month (commensurate with experience and skills) + Attractive Commission Structure.
