Job Description

  • Be responsible for driving incremental orders, ensuring retention, exclusivity, and stronger relationships with GMV Class A & B vendors, servicing at a 360-degree level to optimize business performance, growth, and enhance their experience.
  • Help drive a better experience by training restaurant staff, collaborating with operations/owners to improve menu displays, sharing reports, working with the marketing team to create promotions/events, and optimizing performance.
  • Identify and implement new value-add initiatives and proactively find solutions, such as exclusive partnerships with key accounts, both offline and on foodpanda, with targeted monthly growth as a main KPI.
  • Ensure DL photography of top key accounts.
  • Handle deal acquisition for monthly and event-based campaigns.
  • Monitor logistics performance daily/weekly.
  • Reduce issue rate or fail rate.
  • Work with internal cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, deliver strategies, develop tactical plans, and manage project risks, issues, blockers, and actions.
  • Support cross-functional teams by facilitating communication, resolving urgent issues, securing group-level support, and deploying processes and tools.
  • Maintain visibility and communicate progress to management.
  • Perform additional tasks or projects as they arise.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in account directorship.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • Negotiation and communication skills.
  • Presentation and business review skills.
  • Knowledge of food and operational costing.
