The Responsibilities:
  1. Propose and execute business plans including product mix, channel mix, and geography mix.
  2. Recruit new partners and increase market share in the assigned territory.
  3. Manage existing partners by driving sell-through, inventory control, and sell-out plans to achieve sales targets. Resolve business issues with partners through effective coordination and communication to maintain sustainable relationships.
  4. Gather and monitor competitor and market information to inform pricing or promotion strategies.
  5. Coordinate with the branch channel marketing team to determine POSM requirements and develop marketing plans.
  6. Execute marketing initiatives with the marketing team to maximize brand awareness and image.
  7. Collaborate with the distribution team on channel development, business growth, and strategic channel plans.
  8. Manage training for internal teams and external customers, sharing information effectively.
  9. Coordinate with branch service and HQ back-office teams to resolve disputes and support partner growth.
The Requirements:
  1. A self-starter capable of working independently and engaging cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in components retail channels and system builders for the Senior Account Manager role.
  3. Candidates without experience may be considered for the Account Manager role.
  4. Strong PC skills preferred.
  5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with a high degree of independence and motivation.
  6. Energetic, dynamic, optimistic, and customer service-oriented.
  7. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under stress.
