Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor responsible for preparing BOQs, cost estimation, and cost control in construction projects. The role involves coordinating with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure project budgets are maintained and projects are completed within financial targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, and Contract Management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and QS software
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the construction industry is preferred
