Role Overview
As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, and converting high-intent leads into long-term clients. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales efforts, nurturing relationships with referrals and channel partners, and improving conversion rates through structured sales processes.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hungry and proactive sales professional who wants to work with AI and blockchain-focused consulting services, engage with technology buyers, and help build a high-growth, international services company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the full sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
- Follow up with inbound leads, referrals, and channel partners, ensuring strong engagement.
- Assist the sales team to optimize their outbound and prospect engagement strategies based on market trends.
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that clearly articulate our value proposition and address client-specific needs.
Account Management & Client Relationships:
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with prospects and clients, ensuring long-term engagement.
- Assist with the development of tailored solutions for the clients with a focus on delivering value.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project onboarding and project delivery.
- Gather client feedback for improving service delivery.
- Analyze competitor activity to refine sales strategies and messaging.
What We're Looking For:
Experience & Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of sales experience in B2B SaaS, IT services, or consulting.
- Prior experience selling software development, offshore engineering, or AI/blockchain-related services is a huge plus.
- Strong track record of closing deals and managing complex sales cycles.
Skills & Attributes:
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—able to clearly articulate value propositions.
- Ability to lead consultative sales conversations and address client pain points effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of AI, blockchain, or cloud technologies is a strong advantage.
- Have a knack for keeping up with the current market trends.
