The PMO Associate will play a vital role in supporting the development of PMO policies, procedures, and frameworks that align with PMI guidelines. You will also contribute to the creation of standardized project templates and reports to enhance project execution efficiency. Additionally, you will assist in monitoring and tracking project performance through reports, dashboards, and project documentation.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in a PMO or project management role
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
  • Familiarity with PMI guidelines and PMO best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) would be preferred
