Overview

We are looking for an incredible resource who can do wonders in the world of CX with their wit and customer-centric attitude. In this role, you will provide satisfactory solutions to a diverse range of customer queries through written and verbal communication, maintaining a positive attitude. The Customer Support Executive within the Operations department will assist customers with questions, new orders, service delivery, billing, and other inquiries.

Responsibilities
  1. Respond professionally to customer inquiries about products and services, including taking and canceling orders, and handling complaints.
  2. Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken. Process orders, forms, and applications.
  3. Follow up to ensure customer requests are addressed, aiming for First Contact Resolution (FCR).
  4. Refer unresolved grievances or special requests to appropriate departments for further investigation.
  5. Enhance the organization's reputation by taking ownership of requests and exploring opportunities to add value.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience in customer support or related fields (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
