We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-value technology projects. You will lead cross-functional teams to execute and manage enterprise-scale initiatives—ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, client stakeholders, and delivery partners. Your goal is to deliver a "WOW" experience for our client through flawless execution, strategic foresight, and effective stakeholder engagement.This role requires confident leadership under pressure, structured thinking, and a high degree of ownership. You'll be interfacing with senior international stakeholders and navigating complex delivery environments, particularly in the Middle East.When you are working with us, you will be:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects ranging $1M+ in value
  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and risks
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, monitor project budgets, and ensure expenditure controls
  • Conduct regular status reviews, ensure adherence to change control processes, and maintain alignment with stakeholder expectations
  • Coordinate across internal delivery teams, client stakeholders, and partner organizations to ensure success
  • Foster long-term, trust-based relationships with customers and partners by consistently delivering value and excellence
  • Establish and enforce quality assurance standards and project governance practices
  • Build and lead high-performing teams, ensuring motivation, development, and delivery excellence.
  • Contribute to organizational strategy and delivery planning through executive-level reporting
  • Actively contribute to strategic planning and company-wide initiatives
You can get in, if you can prove that you:
  • Have 8+ years of hands-on project management experience with enterprise IT or digital transformation projects
  • Have led at least 3 full-cycle enterprise projects from initiation through delivery
  • Excel at translating unstructured customer needs into actionable technical requirements
  • Are adept at managing multiple concurrent projects, navigating ambiguity, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders
  • Bring strong client-facing communication skills with an ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
  • Possess experience working with international clients, preferably in the Middle East
  • Are committed to high standards of project execution, code and design reviews, and technical quality
  • Demonstrate exceptional analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and proactive risk management
  • You lead by influence, building highly engaged teams
  • You apply structured PM frameworks rigorously for consistent delivery outcomes
  • You understand client business deeply, positioning Veraqor for sustained growth
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
  • Experience with delivery models involving offshore/onshore coordination
  • Exposure to partner ecosystems and joint delivery models
