Altitude Designs is actively seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Project Manager to take charge of its design unit based in Karachi. This pivotal role combines project leadership, client relationship management, and revenue growth through direct upselling or lead generation for the upsell team.

As the Senior Project Manager, you will oversee and manage a variety of creative projects including website development, SEO campaigns, and social media initiatives. You will coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure project milestones are met with high quality and client expectations are exceeded.

Your role will also be financially impactful, as you will hold a monthly target of $3,000, achievable by upselling services directly to clients or by generating prospects for the upsell team to convert. This dual responsibility demands strong client communication skills, proactive sales ability, and excellent project management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the successful delivery of design projects, websites, SEO, and social media campaigns

Manage timelines, resources, and ensure seamless coordination among internal teams

Maintain clear, effective communication with clients to guarantee satisfaction and retention

Actively identify upselling opportunities with existing clients to meet the monthly revenue target

Generate qualified leads and refer them to the upsell team for conversion

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations

Work Details:

Full-time position, on-site in Karachi (PECHS Block 3, Khalid Bin Waleed Rd.)

Shift timing: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Salary disbursed timely and reliably
