Responsibilities
  1. Creative Strategy & Ideation - Brainstorm new concepts and ideas.
  2. Develop and maintain creative guidelines.
  3. Draft concepts for campaigns, research industry trends, audience preferences, and innovative ideas.
  4. Collaboration & Communication within the department.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams to streamline workflows.
  6. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies.
  7. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, ensuring smooth execution and deliverables.
  8. Track and report on project performance.
  9. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  10. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, Media, or a related field.
  2. 2-3 years of experience in a creative role within a Creative Agency or in-house creative team.
