Responsibilities
  • Creative Strategy & Ideation - Brainstorm new concepts and ideas
  • Develop and maintain creative guidelines
  • Drafting concepts for campaigns, research on industry trends, audience preferences, innovative ideas
  • Collaboration & Communication within the department
  • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline workflows
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Ensuring smooth execution and deliverables
  • Track and report on project performance
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, Media, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail
  • 2-3 years of experience in a creative role within a Creative Agency or in-house creative team
Preferred Industry Experience
  • Bedding / Interior Design / Furniture - Showcasing lifestyle branding, visual storytelling, and immersive digital experiences to influence purchase decisions
