Hotel Sales Manager in Khanpur

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Khanpur. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy rates. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates.

• Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other potential customers.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.

• Create and present persuasive sales proposals to potential clients.

• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.

• Participate in trade shows, conventions, and other promotional events to showcase the hotel's offerings.

• Collaborate with different departments within the hotel to ensure excellent customer service for all guests.

• Develop sales reports and regularly monitor sales performance against targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.

• 3+ years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
