Job Description:

The Sales Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective clients through the sales process, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting suitable products or services, and closing sales to achieve company targets.

Job Specification:
  • Identify and engage potential customers through various channels (e.g., calls, emails, in-person meetings).
  • Conduct needs analysis to understand customer requirements and preferences.
  • Present and demonstrate products or services, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Develop customized solutions to meet customer needs and overcome objections.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to enhance sales strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
