A established public listed company seeking for a highly skilled Finance Controller to oversee our financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements in compliance with regulatory standards (IFRS/GAAP).
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial disclosures for the public listed entity.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Strengthen internal controls and risk management frameworks.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders.
  • Lead tax planning, compliance, and liaise with tax authorities.
  • Optimize cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions.
  • Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Professional Certification: CPA/ACCA/CMA/CA finalist or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in finance, with at least 1 year in a senior role (preferably in a listed company).
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, SEC reporting, and ERP systems
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead finance teams and collaborate with executives.
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
