Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an accomplished Financial Planning and Monitoring professional to join our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for budgeting, performance monitoring, and the implementation of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) framework across the organization.

Your role will involve coordinating with business units for budget preparation and forecasting, conducting financial analysis to support strategic decisions, documenting ICFR procedures, and providing insights to senior management on financial trends and variances.

You will develop the annual budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with relevant departments, create financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and evaluating various business scenarios, monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts; analyze variances and recommend corrective actions, prepare and present monthly and quarterly management reports highlighting key financial indicators and performance metrics, develop and maintain dynamic dashboards to provide visibility into financial KPIs, trends, and variances, and assist in preparing the company's five-year business plan.

In addition, you will oversee the implementation and conclusion of the ICFR program ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and control standards, coordinate with departmental heads and control owners for effective execution, documentation, and reporting of ICFR activities, identify and address control gaps or deficiencies, support management in developing and executing remediation plans, and ensure continuous monitoring and effectiveness of ICFR controls maintaining proper records and issuing the Long Form Report.

Eligibility Criteria:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline from a recognized university is required.
  • Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, CFA, or ICMA are preferred.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience within a financial institution is required.
  • Hands-on experience in budgeting, performance monitoring, strategic planning, and scenario analysis is essential.
  • A strong grasp of accounting principles with practical experience in ICFR frameworks and exposure to compliance functions is advantageous.
