We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to fill the role of Assistant Manager Accounts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly motivated, has excellent leadership skills and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:
  • The ideal candidate will have completed their CA articles from a reputable firm and possess knowledge and hands-on experience in accounting software, particularly Oracle, NetSuite or QuickBooks. They should demonstrate proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel.
  • Responsibilities will include leading a team of 5-10 members, handling various accounting tasks, preparing financial statements, payroll, sales tax reports for foreign clients and utilizing accounting software for data entry and financial reporting.
  • The successful candidate must be able to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets and forecasts and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws and regulations.

Requirements:
  • CA Finalists with 4-5 years of experience in a reputable accounting/auditing firm.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, particularly NetSuite, QuickBooks or Xero.
  • Strong command of the MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel.
  • Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership skills to lead and motivate the team.
