We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive (Night Shift) – Custom Graphic Design Services to join our dynamic sales team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our custom design services to potential clients and converting leads into successful partnerships.

This role demands excellent communication, strategic thinking, and a passion for creative design solutions.

IMPORTANT: Must have prior experience in selling design services like Logo, Website (Design & Development), UI/UX Product Design, Mobile Apps (Design & Development), Social Media Assets, Corporate Branding, E-book Design, and more.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through multiple outreach methods, including calls, emails, social platforms, and networking events.
  • Promote Big Bash Studio's custom design capabilities, tailoring proposals and presentations to client needs across various industries.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and recurring business.
  • Collaborate with the project management and development teams to ensure accurate scoping, estimations, and alignment of client expectations.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and refine outreach strategies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives and founders.
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
  • Respond instantly via email & WhatsApp to update leadership team.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years' work experience carrying sales experience in design & development services.
  • Experience in Business Development or Sales in US / Middle East / EU Markets.
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems, paid tools, etc.
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving lead generation and sales target.
  • Highly responsive and organized with strong follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable working night shifts and being 100% on-site.

Type: Full-Time (Monday - Friday) | Office-based only

Salary Bracket: PRK 45K to 100K

A commission model is also there if you achieve your monthly/quarterly sales target.

We can also consider you eligible for the Car Scheme after 6 months with the company - if you constantly exceed your sales target.
