Business Development Specialist

The Business Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and success. Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to document business requirements, analyzing and improving business processes and workflows to enhance efficiency.
They translate business needs into functional and technical specifications to drive informed decision-making and facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to foster collaboration.
Additionally, the Business Development Specialist conducts market, competitor, or user research to inform product decisions and stay ahead of industry trends, supports testing, validation, and implementation of new features and systems to ensure seamless integration, and prepares reports, dashboards, and documentation for internal and external use to maintain transparency and accountability.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Required Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, product management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive effective solutions.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and BI platforms to streamline workflow.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and user story creation to drive project success.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills to engage stakeholders and drive results.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Other: Experience working in cross-functional teams within tech environments to foster collaboration and innovation.
