Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests and candidates visiting for interviews and onboarding.
  • Collect resumes from candidates.
  • Connect candidates with the recruiter.
  • Schedule external and internal meetings.
  • Maintain the conference room and training room log.
  • Answer all employee questions and direct them to the concerned departments.
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them to concerned department(s) when needed.
  • Receive letters and parcels and send them to the right location along with department and concerned person's details.
  • Handle correspondence via email for general administrative tasks.
  • Monitor and update records and files.

Note: The company reserves the right to amend any clause during the term of employment.

Requirements:
  • Graduation in any field.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication.
  • Experience in greeting guests and candidates visiting for interviews.
  • Ability to handle all incoming calls and employee queries.
