
Front Desk Officer

- Greet and welcome guests and candidates visiting for interviews and onboarding.
- Collect resumes from candidates.
- Connect candidates with the recruiter.
- Schedule external and internal meetings.
- Maintain the conference room and training room log.
- Answer all employee questions and direct them to the concerned departments.
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them to concerned department(s) when needed.
- Receive letters and parcels and send them to the right location along with department and concerned person's details.
- Handle correspondence via email for general administrative tasks.
- Monitor and update records and files.
Note: The company reserves the right to amend any clause during the term of employment.
Requirements:- Graduation in any field.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication.
- Experience in greeting guests and candidates visiting for interviews.
- Ability to handle all incoming calls and employee queries.
