Job Overview:

The role of Front Desk Officer is a pivotal position within an organization, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to guests and candidates visiting the premises.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Management: Greet and welcome guests and candidates in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Resume Collection: Collect resumes from candidates and ensure they are properly stored and maintained.
  • Candidate Support: Connect candidates with the appropriate personnel and provide them with any necessary information or assistance.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule external and internal meetings as required.
  • Facility Management: Maintain the conference room and training room log, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Employee Assistance: Answer all employee questions and direct them to the concerned departments.
  • Call Handling: Answer all incoming calls and redirect them to the relevant department(s) when needed.
  • Correspondence: Receive letters and parcels and send them to the right location along with department and personnel details.
  • Email Administration: Handle correspondence via email for general administrative tasks.
  • Record Keeping: Monitor and update records and files as necessary.
