Are you a highly organized, proactive individual with a knack for keeping things on track? We're looking for a Business Development Scheduler to join our dynamic team and support our BD operations.
What You'll Do:- Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for the Business Development team
- Assist in planning client calls, demos, and follow-ups
- Maintain and update CRM tools and meeting trackers
- Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, and follow-up documentation
- Support the BD team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- 1 to 2 years of experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative support (preferably in a BD or Sales team)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce is a plus)
- Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
