GrowthRise Solutions is a leading e-commerce company seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our CEO. As a key member of our team, you will provide top-notch administrative support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and driving business growth.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an outstanding Executive Assistant with exceptional communication skills in English, client management expertise, e-commerce knowledge, and managerial experience. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the CEO, manage client relationships, and oversee team operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support: Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring timely and effective completion of tasks, projects, and initiatives.
  2. Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  3. E-commerce Expertise: Demonstrate a solid understanding of e-commerce operations, trends, and best practices, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  4. Managerial Experience: Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success and growth.
  5. Team Management: Oversee team operations, ensuring efficient workflow, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
  6. Communication: Serve as a liaison between the CEO, clients, and internal teams, ensuring clear, concise, and professional communication.
  7. Project Management: Coordinate and execute special projects, events, and initiatives, as assigned by the CEO.

Requirements:

  1. Fluency in English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  2. Client Management: Proven experience in managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  3. E-commerce Understanding: Solid knowledge of e-commerce operations, trends, and best practices.
  4. Managerial Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience, leading and managing teams.
  5. Team Management: Proven ability to manage and motivate teams, promoting a positive work environment.
  6. Bachelor's Degree: Graduate degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Work Schedule:

This is an on-site job, requiring the candidate to work from our office location. The working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, six days a week.
