We are now looking for a BSS Solution Architect to join our dynamic and cross functional team. This is a strategic role responsible for designing and implementing end to end solutions for telecom Business Support Systems. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to align technology capabilities with business goals. This role plays a key part in digital transformation and driving operational efficiency while ensuring high quality customer experience.

What You Will Do

Develop and design end to end BSS architectures including CRM billing charging and order management systems

Collaborate with business stakeholders product managers and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements

Translate business needs into scalable and future proof technical solutions

Ensure integration of BSS systems with OSS network systems and third party platforms

Lead solution design and provide guidance to development and QA teams

Establish architectural principles to incorporate emerging technologies such as 5G AI ML and cloud native platforms

Define and implement migration strategies for legacy BSS systems to modern environments

Act as the main technical point of contact for executives and stakeholders

Conduct knowledge sharing sessions and mentor technical teams

Ensure compliance with security data governance and regulatory standards

Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices across projects

You will bring

Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering or related IT field

Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in integration engineer or solution architect roles

Proven expertise in telecom BSS platforms including charging billing and mediation

Hands on experience with solution architecture frameworks such as TOGAF

Strong understanding of protocols including Diameter SS7 SIP SOAP and REST APIs

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases cloud platforms and container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes

Knowledge of integration technologies microservices and cloud native design

Familiarity with data security compliance and governance requirements

Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to guide and mentor teams and manage cross functional collaboration

Certifications in TOGAF ITIL TM Forum or specific BSS platforms are preferred
