Job Description:

Position Summary:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Bark Bidder to take responsibility for managing the bid and proposal process for our projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching project requirements, preparing competitive bids, and ensuring our proposals are well-prepared, compliant, and reflective of our commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements, including specifications, blueprints, and other relevant documentation.
  2. Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects, considering project expenses and any other associated costs.
  3. Bid Preparation: Prepare clear and comprehensive bids and proposals, ensuring they are tailored to the specific needs and expectations of the clients.
  4. Compliance: Ensure all bids and proposals adhere to regulatory requirements and meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  5. Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all bidding activities, including communication, calculations, and contracts.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the project management and sales teams to align strategies and ensure effective communication throughout the bidding process.
  7. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor pricing to maintain a competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Bark Bidder or in a similar role within the domain.
  2. Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze project requirements and develop accurate cost estimates to win projects.
  3. Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail in bid preparation and documentation.
  4. Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiation with clients.
  5. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant software and tools used for estimating and bidding.
  6. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to prepare effective bids and interact with clients.
  7. Market Awareness: Knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor pricing.
  8. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple bids simultaneously.

Compensation: Monthly stipend will be disclosed after interview & experience.
