Job Summary

Adventure Gateways SMC - Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Telemarketer & Call Specialist to join our dynamic team in Lahore. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for our company, managing both inbound and outbound communication to ensure a seamless and professional client experience.

Responsibilities
  • Telemarketing Duties
    • Handle incoming inquiries in person, via phone, and email.
    • Direct inquiries to relevant departments efficiently.
    • Maintain and manage appointment schedules, including booking and confirmation.
  • Call Handling Duties
    • Inbound Calls: Promptly and professionally answer incoming calls.
    • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
    • Redirect calls when necessary.
    • Outbound Calls: Conduct follow-ups with clients.
    • Schedule appointments, conduct surveys, and share updates.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate call logs in the CRM system.
    • Address and assist with customer complaints and escalate when required.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related role.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and tools like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Professional, customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in sales or the immigration sector (highly desirable).
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
Work Environment & Schedule
  • This is an office-based role located in Gulberg 3, Lahore.
  • Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Standard Office Timings).
  • Hybrid options may be considered based on performance and company needs.
Compensation & Benefits
