Position Title: Data Analyst / Finance

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Travel: Extensive travel required to remote farming locations

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Data Analyst to join our Head Office team in Karachi. This individual will work directly with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), serving as a strategic right-hand partner. The role requires a physically active, detail-oriented professional who is analytical, business-savvy, and thrives in fast-paced environments. Willingness to relocate and travel is a must.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Data Analysis & Reporting
  2. Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret large datasets to generate actionable business insights.
  3. Develop dashboards and data visualizations using Excel and/or BI tools to support strategic decision-making.
  4. Executive Support
  5. Prepare high-quality reports, graphs, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Assist the CEO in compiling data-driven briefs and business intelligence for meetings, reviews, and strategic planning.
  7. Business Strategy
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business goals.
  9. Provide detailed analysis on business trends, market insights, and competitor benchmarking.
  10. Operational Coordination
  11. Support the CEO in project tracking, performance measurement, and progress reporting across departments.
  12. Act as a liaison between the CEO and department heads for data-related assignments and follow-ups.
  13. Travel and Field Visits
  14. Conduct on-ground surveys, market visits, and site analysis when required.
  15. Capture real-time data and synthesize field insights into executive summaries.
  16. Confidentiality & Accuracy
  17. Handle sensitive data and business information with the highest standards of confidentiality and precision.

Skills Required:

  • Advanced MS Excel Skills
  • Presentation Design (PowerPoint mastery with visual storytelling skills)
  • Excellent command over data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau – a plus)
  • Strong command of analytical reasoning and problem-solving
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
  • Physically active and comfortable with frequent travel and field visits
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
  • A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Data Analytics, Power BI, Excel Advanced) will be a plus
  • 2–4 years of experience in a data analysis, business intelligence, or strategy role, preferably in a fast-paced business environment.
