
Business Development Specialist

We're looking for a mid-level Global Growth Specialist with proven experience in digital lead generation and B2B sales execution. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, where your primary goal will be to drive revenue by generating high-quality leads and supporting the sales pipeline through to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Pipeline Support
- Research and identify potential clients across target sectors such as IT, Healthcare, Logistics, and Professional Services.
- Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Apollo.io to build and qualify lead lists.
- Run targeted outreach campaigns via email marketing, social selling, and performance ads (Google, LinkedIn).
- Support inbound lead optimization through basic funnel analysis using GA4 and SEMrush.
- Maintain and update CRM records in Salesforce to track engagement and conversion progress.
2. Sales Development & Deal Assistance
- Conduct initial prospecting calls and discovery meetings to understand client needs and qualify opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior sales or business development managers on deal strategy and proposal development.
- Assist in preparing client-facing materials, pricing structures, and basic contract documentation.
3. Collaboration & Execution
- Coordinate with the marketing team on campaign input and feedback from the field.
- Provide timely updates on lead quality, objections, and competitive insights to help optimize outreach strategies.
- Track key KPIs and report on weekly/monthly lead performance and pipeline influence.
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or sales development roles.
- Exposure to international markets or regional campaigns preferred.
- Industry experience in SaaS, or service-based B2B sectors is a plus.
Skills & Tools:
- Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar CRM/automation tools.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and SEMrush (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, client-facing presence.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on hitting lead generation and pipeline targets.
