Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong focus on Product-Led Growth (PLG) and data-informed product development. This role requires someone who is deeply analytical, understands various business models, and is passionate about driving growth by improving product experiences.

As a Product Manager, you'll work closely with international clients to implement analytics, uncover insights, and lead PLG initiatives that drive activation, retention, and conversion across user journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client business models, product flows, and key customer touchpoints.
• Lead the setup and management of product analytics to track KPIs and behavioral data.
• Identify friction points in user journeys and recommend product changes based on data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement growth experiments.
• Monitor analytics dashboards and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Own PLG strategies end-to-end—from opportunity discovery to execution and reporting.

Tools & Analytics Stack (Required)

• Mixpanel (must-have) – for product analytics, funnel tracking, retention, and cohorts.
• Amplitude, GA4, and Google Tag Manager (GTM) – experience with at least two of these is expected.
• Comfort with creating custom events, mapping user flows, and configuring dashboards.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in product management, product analytics, or a growth-focused role.
• Strong understanding of Product-Led Growth strategies and SaaS performance metrics.
• Proven experience using product analytics tools like Mixpanel (mandatory), Amplitude, GA4.
• Ability to break down user journeys, analyze conversion funnels, and optimize for growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving mindset.

Bonus Experience

• Knowledge of how landing pages (LPs) are built and optimized.
• Exposure to digital marketing concepts such as conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, paid campaigns, or SEO.
• Experience collaborating with marketing or performance teams on product improvements.
